Caroline is a creative thinker and doer and within her 6-year long agency role at O’Connell Marketing, it gives her the freedom to explore all dimensions of both the digital and traditional compounds of marketing in this age of advertising. Inspired by her global travels with clients like PEMA, and her love for the outdoors, Caroline is dedicated to delivering fresh ideas and measurable results for OCM clients.
With a keen visual eye for detail, an obsession with consumer psychology and buying behaviours, and a love for all things digital, her grá for her diverse career in a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry is obvious through the attention delivered in her role. Over the past 6 years at O’Connell Marketing, she has worked on a wide range of client projects, campaigns and events in an array of industries including tourism destination, hospitality, associations, events, port manufactuers, golf, agri-food and digital-age education.
A passionate advocate for fun, impactful campaigns, she covers everything from social media and website management, paid ads, marketing strategy and campaign execution, to event coordination, sponsorship and brand partnerships. Caroline is also motivated by the strengthened delivery seen through a strategic integrated communications plan both through online and traditional media presence. Passionate, colourful and results-driven, her style for visual appeal through campaigns and storytelling truly carry brands through every aspect of the consumer-buying and influencing journey whether it’s through campaign storytelling, paid advertising or traditional PR and media.
